SMT Engineer

MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC:

- Can setup, operate pick and place MC, screen printer, x-ray and re-flow ovens.
- Design, calculate, control SMT Jig to ensure no issue during mass production
- Confer with supervisors or engineers to plan and review work activities, and to resolve production problems.
- Control, improve quality of SMT lines.
- SOP review & release to operation lines
- Working with development team to understand schematic drawings, diagrams, and blueprints for troubleshooting.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC:

- Bachelor is required
- 1+ years’ experience operating SMT equipment
- Familiarly with the entire SMT process.  This includes Paste Printing, Solder Paste Inspection (SPI), Placement, Part Verification Systems, Reflow, and Automated Optical Inspection (AOI)
- Understanding of IPC-A-610 standard / BOM
- Experience with Yamaha pick & place, Panasonic / Assembleon mounter, Heller reflow
