Procurement Staff (Raw material)

1. Experienced-Level

■ Job description:

• Planning / Strategy: Strategic Procurement & Supplier Management

- Develop sourcing strategies and manage global suppliers

- Analyze cost/TCO and negotiate prices and contracts

- Monitor delivery, quality, inventory, and supply risks

- Collaborate with HQ, Production, R&D, and Quality for the new plant launch

• Development Procurement

- Source, evaluate, and qualify suppliers for new materials

- Promote localization, dual sourcing, and supplier development

- Manage material approval and development schedules through mass production

• Mass Production Procurement

- Execute purchasing and supply planning based on production plans

- Manage on-time delivery, inventory, cost, and supplier performance (QCD)

- Resolve shortages, quality issues, and 4M changes

- Support supply stabilization during the new plant ramp-up

■ Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field

- 3+ years of procurement/SCM experience in semiconductor, electronics, or manufacturing

- Strong negotiation, analytical, and cross-functional communication skills

- Business-level English; Korean is preferred

- Proficiency in Excel and ERP/SAP systems

2. Entry-Level

■ Job description:

• Package Procurement Support

- Support purchasing of raw materials and components

- Assist supply planning, purchase orders, and delivery follow-up

- Support supplier sourcing, quotation comparison, and cost analysis

- Maintain procurement data and collaborate with Production, Quality, and R&D

- Support localization and supply stabilization for the new Vietnam plant

■ Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field

- Basic understanding of procurement/SCM and manufacturing

- Good English communication skills; Korean is preferred

- Proficiency in Excel; ERP/SAP experience is preferred
