Safety / Firefighting Engineer

MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC:

• Lead development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the HSE system

• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments, JSA, and hazard identification

• Supervise regular site inspections; ensure timely corrective & preventive actions

• Deliver advanced training programs, toolbox talks, and HSE orientations

• Review and approve subcontractor HSE plans, procedures, method statements

• Investigate accidents and near-misses; root cause analysis and improvement measures

• Coordinate with Korean stakeholders, contractors, and leadership for compliance

• Prepare documentation for audits, client inspections, and compliance assessments

• Lead safety meetings and weekly/monthly HSE performance reviews

• Support management in building a strong safety culture

• Additional HSE-related responsibilities as assigned

- Develop, implement, and maintain factory Fire Protection & Firefighting systems

- Own compliance to QCVN,TCVN, NFPA, and local authority requirements; prepare for audits and approvals

- Conduct fire risk assessments, inspections across production areas

- Participate in  fire protection designs, method statements, and commissioning protocols

- Plan and supervise (Inspection-Testing-Maintenance) for pumps, sprinklers, fire alarms, gas suppression...

- Interface with authorities (PCCC), Customers, and third-party inspectors; close findings with CAPA

- Design and deliver advanced training, emergency drills, and scenario-based exercises

- Lead incident investigations (root cause) and implement preventive improvements

- Provide technical leadership to junior engineers and contractors

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC:

+ Bachelor’s degree in Fire Protection, Mechanical, Electrical, or Safety Engineering

+ Ability to manage multiple projects and make timely decisions under pressure

+ Minimum 5 years of experience in clean room or industrial construction projects.

• Strong understanding of local & international HSE standards (ISO 45001, OSHA, fire safety)

• Excellent skills in auditing, inspection, risk management, incident investigation

+ Deep knowledge of QCNV, TCVN, NFPA, and local PCCC procedures & permitting

+ Strong design review, hydraulic calculation understanding, and code interpretation

+ Leadership in audits, commissioning, and contractor management

• Leadership, communication, and training capability

• Ability to manage multiple safety activities under pressure

+ Strong communication in English or Korean (IELTS 5.5+ Or TOEIC 600+ Or TOPIK level 4+)
