Physical Security Staff (New Project)

MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC:

- Guard Management

  + Supervise and manage the performance of security guards, including scheduling, training, and performance reviews.

  + Conduct regular security patrols and inspections to ensure compliance with security protocols and identify potential risks.

  + Investigate security incidents and prepare detailed reports, including recommendations for corrective actions.

  + Monitor and respond to security alarms and other emergency situations.

  + Control access to the facility by monitoring entry and exit points, issuing and managing access badges.

- Physical Security Device management

  + Manage installation, configuration, and maintenance of physical security devices.

  + Monitor system health and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance.

  + Lead troubleshooting and resolution of security device incidents.

Maintain asset inventory, documentation, and lifecycle plans.

  + Ensure compliance with security policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC:

■ Major

Any (Security related field is an advantage)

■ Preferred Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong problem-solving1 and decision-making skills. 

- English Intermediate

 - Manufacturing/production environment experience is strongly preferred
