IT Infrastructure Engineer

MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC:

1. Position Summary
The IT Infrastructure Engineer (Production Systems) is responsible for ensuring the stability, availability, and continuous improvement of the factory’s production-critical IT infrastructure. This role operates in a production-first environment and covers infrastructure operations, maintenance planning, patching/vulnerability remediation execution, incident technical leadership, and coordination with HQ to manage core systems.

2. Scope of Responsibilities
- Production Infrastructure (Primary)
+ Server/compute platforms (Windows/Linux)
+ Virtualization and system provisioning
+ Storage (NAS/SAN) and capacity/performance management
+ Database management (app servers, middleware, relevant DB layer per scope)
+ Monitoring & alerting (availability, performance, capacity)
+ Backup/Restore and DR readiness

- Operational Governance (Execution Focus)
+ Maintenance planning and lifecycle management
+ Vulnerability remediation and patch execution (server/infra)
+ Incident response
+ Change management compliance (ticketing, approvals, rollback plan, post-change validation)
+ Documentation & evidence readiness for internal/customer audits
- Develop innovation activities related to tasks, project and standards of company
- Monitoring the effectiveness of innovation project/task, analyze outcomes and recommend improvement
- Collaborating with internal departments to drive and implement creative solutions
- Prepare and present innovation reports including performance analysis
- Conduct training sessions for Line workers

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC:

- Bachelor's degree in IT, Software…
- At least 4 years of experience in IT Infrastructure operations
- Experience supporting critical systems and working with downtime windows
- Manufacturing/production environment experience is strongly preferred
- Technical skill (must have):
Windows Server administration; basic Linux administration preferred
Virtualization: provisioning, performance, troubleshooting
Core services concepts: AD basics, DNS/DHCP fundamentals
Monitoring tools (e.g., Zabbix/PRTG/SCOM/Grafana/others)
Backup concepts (jobs, restore validation, retention basics)
Patch management methods (WSUS/SCCM/3rd party tools)
Working knowledge of networking concepts (VLAN, routing fundamentals, firewall request process).
