PROJECT MANAGER (CS PKG, PCB MANUFACTURING)

1. Job Summary

The Project Manager is responsible for leading and managing CS PKG, PCB-related projects from initiation to mass production. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while meeting customer and quality requirements.

2. Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

• Define project scope, timeline, resources, and deliverables
• Develop and manage detailed project plans and schedules
• Monitor project progress and ensure on-time delivery

New Product Introduction (NPI)

• Lead NPI projects from RFQ to mass production
• Coordinate DFM review, process readiness, and pilot runs
• Ensure smooth transition from development to production

Cross-functional Coordination

• Act as the key interface between customers and internal teams
• Coordinate with Engineering, Production, Quality, Supply Chain, and Sales
• Drive alignment across departments to meet project goals

Risk Management

• Identify project risks, issues, and bottlenecks
• Develop mitigation plans and ensure timely resolution
• Escalate critical issues when necessary

Customer Communication

• Maintain regular communication with customers on project status
• Manage customer expectations and requirements
• Support customer audits and technical discussions

Cost & Budget Control

• Monitor project costs and ensure alignment with budget
• Support cost analysis and improvement initiatives

3. Requirements

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electronics, or related field
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in CS PKG, PCB or electronics manufacturing
• At least 2–3 years of experience in project management

Technical Skills

• Good understanding of CS PKG, PCB manufacturing processes (SMT/PCBA knowledge is a plus)
• Familiar with NPI process and product lifecycle management
• Knowledge of project management tools (MS Project, Excel, or similar)

Soft Skills

• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects

Language

• Good command of English (mandatory)
• Korean is a plus (for working with Korean stakeholders)

4. Preferred Qualifications

• PMP certification is a plus
• Experience working with multinational customers (US/EU/China)
• Familiar with ERP/MES systems
