Nhân viên phòng nhân sự (Quan hệ lao động)

MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC:

- Handle routine labor relations and human resource inquiries related to policies, procedures, and bargaining agreements.
- Serves as the initial contact and liaison for intake and assessment of employee complaints.
- Conducts initial interviews and gathers information for employee relations matters such as harassment allegations, work complaints, or other concerns; informs appropriate HR staff when additional investigation is required.
-Conducts surveys, interviews, and other research related to human resource policies, compensation, and other labor negotiations

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC:
- University graduation majoring in Human resource management, laws, language or related majors

- At least 1-3 years working experience in HR management field (Fresher Accepted)

- Having knowledge and understanding of laws and regulations related to collective bargaining, unions, labor relations, and human resources

- Ability to work under high pressure and build up good internal and external relationships

- A negotiator with dynamic, capable, and positive characteristics

- English fluently is required

- Good skill in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
