NỘI DUNG CÔNG VIỆC
- Assist HRM to conduct yearly employee satisfaction to understand the employee needed and give suggestion to BOM to improve the system and ensure all the compensation and benefit been solve and giving properly solution
- Assistant develop company compensation and benefit system.
- Draft up company policy, procedure and regulation.
- Give suggestion to HRM and develop salary scale to meet salary market.
- Draft all personnel decision related to employee included: promotion decision, transfer decision, discipline decision, resignation decision.
- Train new employees about the policy and regulations.
- Assist HRM to work with officials of tax, social insurance, and others related.
- Other job assigned by HRM

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college
- At least 1 additional years of experience in the same position.
- Understanding of defined benefit contribution / defined benefit plans
- Strong oral and written communication skills, Good English communication is compulsory
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical ability including the ability to identify trends and implement process improvements.
- Strong problem-solving skills. ability to influence in a matrixed environment.
- Expert in MS Office in general, Excel in particular
