Nhân viên phòng kế toán (Business Planning Staff)

MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC:
- Participate in setting expense target by business group, by Teams or by expense types.
- Challenging the Target and actual expenditure, highlight or suggest ideas to reduce unnecessary expenses.
- Overall management investment by business group, by Major/minor category and making moving depreciation moving plan.
- Development and implement reporting by main indexes. Ensuring data accurately and timely communicate to all teams.
- Preparation of annual business plan or rolling/ moving plan by collecting data and transform them into meaningful financial information such as: MFG cost, profit and loss.
- Investigate variances between actual and plan and analyzing actual performance against plan.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC:
- Graduated from University with main major: Finance/ accounting or economics.
- Fluent in English communication
- Analytics mind with strong orientation to financial analysis
- Ability to work well independently as well as the ability to work well with all Teams.
- At least 1 year experiences in accounting/finance position
