Mechanical Engineer (Designer)

MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
Mechanical Engineer (Designer) will be responsible for designing and implementing line changes to improve efficiency, accuracy, reduce operating expenses and increase capacity. Work with automation teams to implement processes to improve maintenance and overall uptime of equipment.Deploy automated processes and equipment into production. Set, implement, and maintain schedules and budgets to ensure project completion
- Designs machines, Jig, fixtures and tooling
- Designs parts, components and assemblies to meet requirements of assigned projects

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline
- No experience requirement
- High proficiency in 3D CAD (SolidWorks, Autodesk Inventor, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of CAD modeling, drawings and machine design with experience in design analyses. Experience with SolidWorks or Inventor is a plus
- Strong understand of structural design, mechanism, actuation
- Knowledge of mechanical material, cutting method, heat tratment, surface treatment
- Knowledge of Mechanical standard for general components, assemble tolerance
- Knowledge of GD&T, mechanical fabrication drawing presentation
- Knowledge of analyzing load, force, inertial, acceleration
- Knowledge of analyzing takt-time, machine circle, process
- Experience with automation equipment (conveyors, sensors, motors, pneumatic components, motion control, Robotics programing, Vision systems...)
- Experience with handling automation projects from start to finish
- Accept student with passion of mechanical design, attending robocon or mechanical group activity, good mindset of design.
