Innovation Staff (Nhân viên phòng cải tiến)

MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC:
1. Main Job 
- Manage improvement activities: Receive the improve projects of manufacturing, evaluate, confirm feedback the selected projects, then actual check in factory for reward.
- Evaluate key projects QNTS: Evaluation of quarterly projects of all divisions in the company
- Make improvement activity reports and apply approval of awards
- Gather materials to make monthly meeting report: Summarize news clips, quiz show questions and reports of related departments to report in the monthly meeting.
2. Training activity
- Training process of evaluation and reward for improvement 's DRI of each departments
- Training for managers and production workers
YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC:
- University graduation
- At least having 2 year experience working process engineer in electronic manufacturing field.
- Speaking, listening, writing English fluently is required.
- Fluent in MS Office
- Good moral character, good communication skills (able to work independently and in teamwork)
- Be able work under pressure and strict deadlines.
- Enthusiastic and hard-working, honest.
