Facility Engineer

MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC:

1. Facility Mechanical Engineer - Operation and Maintenance

+ Manage and monitor HVAC, CDA, Chiller and boiler system for clean room and production areas
+ Conduct routine inspection, preventive maintenance and troubleshooting.
+ Ensure that clean room conditions (temperature, humidity, particle, ...) meet the standards.
+ Co-ordinate with the maintenance partners for system adjustment and repair
+ Manage and maintain operation logs, reports, and history records.
+ Support system upgrades, modification projects and energy saving initiatives.
+ Ensure all work complies with safety and environment regulations.

2. Mechanical Engineer (Clean room expansion)

+ Supervise and manage mechanical works related to HVAC, CDA, Chiller, boiler and Clean room system.
+ Review design and shop drawings to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
+ Co-ordinate daily work with contractors and other engineers.
+ Support pre-commissioning, testing, and commissioning activities.
+ Prepare technical reports and assist in hand over documentation.
+ Monitor machine safety and ensure compliance with project specification

3. Electric Engineer

+ Take part in the evaluation of MEP and Infrastructure design of Projects
+ New project management related to Electric system, SCADA, Elevator, speaker, air conditioner.
+ Checking design drawings of electric, control drawings, ... for related machines
+ Ability to operate, check and knowledge about transformers, high/medium voltage circuit breakers, protected
relay, capacitor, etc…
+ Diesel Generator checking and troubleshooting.
+ Plan to check, repair and maintain regular electric system following to standard.
+ Implementing on energy saving program (ISO50001

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC:

- University graduate in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical…
- Good at communication & co-work with foreigner in English

- For Mechanical Engineer:
+ Have experience in facility operation or maintenance for manufacturing plant, clean room or industrial construction projects
+ Strong understanding for HVAC, CDA, Chiller, Boiler and clean room environment control systems.
+ Knowledge of HMI/SCADA or monitoring system is a plus

- For Electric Engineer:
+ Have experience as an Electric project management engineer
+ Knowledge of MEP system design for industrial building projects
+ Knowledge about Electric system, SCADA, Elevator, speaker, air conditioner.
+ Computer skills: Proficient in AutoCAD, PowerPoint, Excel, and other work-related software.
